Brush is picked up curbside on Wednesdays only and must not exceed 3" in diameter and 6' in length. All lateral branches should be removed. Brush should be stacked at most 5' high, 5' wide and 10' deep with volume not to exceed 250 cu. ft.
Property owners are responsible for
- removal of stacks of brush exceeding 250 cu. ft.
- removal of cuttings and debris left by commercial tree services.
See City Code.
Contact City Hall to alert public works that you have brush to be picked up. Your name will be placed on a list so that employees will be on the look out for your brush as they drive through the neighborhood. Please let us know by Tuesday. Email is preferred.
Trimmings and leaves should be placed curbside in containers and shouldn't weigh more than 50 pounds.
The City endorses the Don't Bag It program and recommends that you use your leaves and grass for mulch. If you are unable to do so, bags will be picked up at the curb several times a week.
